Queen Esther

She was a normal Jew adopted by a famous man in the Bible as well named Mordecai.  The king's wife was too show-offy and was naked in his presence, when even the wife needed special permission to be in his presence..  Esther was chosen as Queen.  The king said she could have something and she chose to free her people or Mordecai I think.  Not sure if anything else happens.  Esther was her adoptive name as Queen.
